Alejandro Cravioto Pérez Salazar

Alejandro Cravioto holds a law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana, which he graduated from in 2006. Alejandro joined Roqueñí Abogados in 2006 and has been a partner since 2018.

 

He has extensive experience in the incorporation of Mexican companies, mergers and acquisitions; conducting legal audits; drafting and negotiating civil and commercial contracts, and advising in various corporate areas to all types of companies.

 

In the real estate field, Alejandro has advised a wide variety of clients, both domestic and foreign, in the acquisition, sale, planning, development, construction, operation and administration of commercial, tourist, industrial and office complexes; in the leasing and granting of rights of use of all types of real estate assets, condominium property regimes and other forms of common property, as well as issues related to “ejido” disincorporation and first sales in the agrarian-private sector.

 

He has extensive experience in the preparation and negotiation of business and management trusts for the implementation of real estate structures. Furthermore, provides patrimonial advice to supports families looking to establish effective control of their patrimony, as well as family protocol and inheritance issues.
