Founding partner of the firm with over 25 years of experience. Alfonso Roqueñí Straffon holds a law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master of Laws from the American University, Washington College of Law. In addition, he has completed a postgraduate course in Taxation from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and the Senior Management Program (AD2) at the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa (IPADE).

He has a solid and distinguished career in real estate law in Mexico, actively representing several leading clients in the real estate sector, as well as the commercial, industrial, tourism, and housing sectors.

For more than 15 years Alfonso has represented the largest supermarket chain in the country in real estate matters. Likewise, he represents and advises on real estate matters to one of the largest financial institutions in Mexico.

In the corporate area, he has advised and represented companies and institutions, both national and international, in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, risk analysis and guarantee scheme and structure implementation.

He is a member of the Mexican Bar Association and the Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados de México.
