Mauricio holds a law degree from Universidad La Salle in Mexico City from which he graduated in 2012. Mauricio joined Roqueñí Abogados in 2011.

He has more than 10 years of experience in real estate transactions, advising companies and investors in the negotiation and drafting of contracts for the acquisition, sale, and lease of real estate for various commercial projects, as well as in the preparation of real estate audits and registry investigations of property titles and “ejido” real estate.

Additionally, he provides advice in general corporate matters, as well as in mergers, acquisitions, spin offs and implementation of corporate restructurings and audits. He has extensive experience in the review, preparation, and negotiation of any type of contract in civil and commercial matters.

He has structured and developed several custom-designed digital platforms, focused on the control and monitoring of all types of contractual obligations. mgarcia@roqueni.mx
