Mauricio García has more than 15 years of experience in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate. Before joining Roqueñí Abogados in 2011, he worked for five years at a renowned law firm, as well as at Notary Office No. 221 in Mexico City.

Alejandro Cravioto has been a Partner of the firm since 2006 and has led the Cancun, Quintana Roo office since 2020. He has more than 19 years of experience in real estate law, trust structuring and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, asset planning, and corporate and business governance He is also an authorized agent for issuing chain-of-title reports and title insurance for one of the leading title insurance companies in Mexico.

Alejandro advises domestic and international companies on the acquisition, leasing, and financing of properties and infrastructure, including commercial, industrial, hospitality, and tourism developments. His experience includes the establishment of condominium regimes, contract management, and real estate due diligence. He has extensive experience drafting and
